Todd is the Assistant Director of Research at the Center for Public Health Systems Science at Washington University in St. Louis. He oversees the Center’s research portfolio and focuses on expanding the scientific and methodological capacities of the Center through identifying project and learning opportunities and mentoring staff. He currently leads or serves as analyst on several Center projects, including the evaluation of the Washington University ICTS (Institute for Clinical & Translational Sciences) that focuses on the benefits of membership and collaboration in the large-scale research initiative, and Tobacco Town Minnesota, that uses agent-based modeling to test the potential impact of retail tobacco policies. His interests include health and social policy, program evaluation, dissemination and implementation science, systems science, translational research, and data visualization.
