Dr. Sarah Moreland-Russell is an Assistant Professor of Practice for the Brown School of Public Health and Social Work, at Washington University in St. Louis. Sarah has spoken at numerous conferences and has facilitated workshops on program sustainability around the country. Sarah’s primary research interests include health policy analysis and evaluation, organizational and systems science, and dissemination, implementation, and sustainability of public health policies.
