Barriers and facilitators to program sustainability among state tobacco control programs

Uses the Program Sustainability Framework to analyze qualitative interview data from states that received technical assistance during the Plans, Actions, and Capacity to Sustain Tobacco Control (PACT) study to better understand the barriers and facilitators to sustainability capacity for these programs.
